We advertise in many papers, periodicals, and on the internet so you can get maximum exposure for your property.

What price should I ask for my property?
When considering what to ask for your property a broker can do what is called a Market Analysis, which is free and with no obligation, when you call Harris Real Estate.

Is there anything I should do before I put my home on the market?
YES!!  Go through your home with "Buyer's Eyes". Look for things you would look for if your were going to purchase your property. Paint the walls if they are marked up, wash them if needed. Clean out closets and cupboards, clean carpets and floors, fix any loose fixtures, faucets that drip, etc. Add a few vases of flowers and make sure the home is clean! Little things can sway a buyer's opinion of your home. If there are big projects which need to be done, ie new furnace, roof, or wiring, make sure you make adjustments for that in your asking price and when considering offers. These repairs and improvements can spruce up your home and make it more attractive to buyers which means a quicker sale for your home.
